About This Award
This award recognises an Irish-based fund or fund management company. We seek to recognise excellence in managing national or international property funds. We are seeking entrants who stand out by investing for long-term sustainable returns and by engaging with new or emerging property opportunities and who show innovation and leadership in the ESG agenda.
Entry & Judging Criteria
- Sustainability. A particular focus on impact investing, demonstrable ESG agenda achievements, and the embeddedness of sustainability in your entry, relative to the built environment. Highlight any verifiable outcomes.
- Investment performance over the last 1,3 & 5 years. Specific achievements and key landmark transactions
- New Strategies. Including the use of technology to enhance reporting and returns
- Client Focus. Evidence of strong client focus and innovation in transactions, markets, and practices
- Complexity. Evidence of effective approach to risk and reward in complex transactions
