About This Award

Sustainability is a governing theme of the 2024 awards programme. With a focus on sustainability, the awards align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal #9: Industry Innovation & Infrastructure, Goal #13: Climate Action, and Goal #11: Sustainable Cities & Communities.

The program applauds targeted actions undertaken by industry stakeholders to improve environmental credentials and address global sustainability challenges.

Each award category has sustainability as an entry criterion. Entrants are invited to demonstrate the embeddedness of sustainability in entries, relative to the built environment and to highlight any verifiable outcomes.

Resultingly the judges will select shortlisted nominees from all award categories, one of whom will be awarded the overall Sustainable Ireland Property Award 2024.
