Ireland Housing Award
About This Award
This award celebrates social, cooperative, public, and private housing projects that make a positive impact on people's lives. It recognises projects that promote sustainability, affordability, and social cohesion and which made a significant impact on the delivery of housing in 2023/24.
This award will highlight housing bodies, developers, government authorities, and individuals who are tackling Ireland's housing crises with delivery solutions.
** Entry details should relate to projects completed from 1st January 2023 - August 2024.
Entry & Judging Criteria
- Sustainability. Demonstrate the embeddedness of sustainability in your entry, relative to the built environment and highlight any verifiable outcomes
- Delivery. Contribution to delivery of housing for all with particular regard to mitigating the urgency factor
- Affordability. With consideration to quality and longevity of stock
- Appropriate. To the changing dynamics of socioeconomic and human living needs
- Accessibility. Creating a new or enhancing an existing community
