This award recognises a developer for projects delivered on the island of Ireland between 1 January 2024 - 31 August 2025, across any sector, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or science.

Entry & Judging Criteria:

• Company Overview: Briefly outline your company’s size, services, accreditations, and key operational or commercial milestones.
• Industry Impact: Show how your company’s overall development activity meets market needs and creates value for end-users and local areas.
• Innovation: Demonstrate innovative methods in design, funding, or construction methods and how they supported the success of developments.
• Sustainability: Highlight environmental performance and responsible development practices.
