This award recognises a standout construction project undertaken on the island of Ireland which was completed between 1 January 2024 - 31 August 2025, across any sector, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or science.

Entry & Judging Criteria:

• Project Deliverables: Outline project scope, key challenges, solutions, and what makes it exceptional.
• Sustainability: Highlight measurable environmental outcomes and sustainability practices.
• Innovation: Show inventive use of materials or techniques.
• Standards: Evidence of best practice and compliance (e.g., Considerate Constructors Scheme).
• Client Satisfaction: Demonstrate on-time, on-budget delivery and outstanding client service.
