This award will call on asset owners, developers or commercial agents representing a transaction/ project.
The award seeks to recognise what the judges consider to be the most significant Commercial Real Estate project or transaction. 

Transaction/projects include

• An acquisition or sale of a property or portfolio
• A new development/redevelopment
• A public private joint venture

Entry & Judging Criteria

• Scale: The scale and significance of the transaction
• Sustainability - Consideration of ESG and the Sustainability Agenda
• Challenges the challenges within the deal and how they were addressed
• Funding and Financial aspects Describe the key financial metrics, challenges and outcomes of the project
   

Transactions/projects  MUST have been undertaken/ completed in the period  1 Jan 2023 to 30 June 2024
