Our core values of Care, Integrity and Excellence drive our business and we were delighted that the judges recognised this in their review of our submission.

We deliver excellence to our customers  by working closely with our supply chain partners and by investing in our people and we look forward to engaging and supporting these awards for the years ahead.

Regional Excellence Award – Shannon Properties

“We were delighted to win this award as it was recognition for the significant investment we have made in the Mid-West region in new Grade A office, manufacturing and engineering property solutions. It also highlights the major impact such investments in the regions can have on FDI and employment creation”

Excellence In Planning Award – Monaghan County Council

Monaghan County Council is very proud to have received the ‘Excellence in Planning’ award for its innovative Dublin Street Regeneration Plan. A recent funding allocation from the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund for the development of critical infrastructure and public realm, will see the realisation of this Plan and will act as a catalyst for future town centre public and private investment.

The award is a strong endorsement of smaller local authorities’ capacity to lead the way in urban regeneration and of how rural towns play a significant part in shaping future growth and in the delivery of Project 2040.
